Jeff’s path to coaching at Atlantic Bay began about 18 years ago when he was a mortgage originator, and began being tapped by management for increasing levels of responsibility. It was just a few years ago that he was asked to head up a mentorship of internal mortgage professionals at Atlantic Bay, where he built his coaching stable from 6 people to 21 people in about four months.
