Today I’m speaking with one of the superstars of Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, Internal Coach Jeff Verry. Jeff has been coaching mortgage bankers to help them attain their goals since September of 2018. It was just a few years ago that he was asked to head up a mentorship of internal mortgage professionals at Atlantic Bay, where he built his coaching stable from 6 people to 21 people in about four months.
