Show Notes

Today I’m speaking with one of the superstars of Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, Internal Coach Jeff Verry. Jeff has been coaching mortgage bankers to help them attain their goals since September of 2018. Founded in 1996, Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group® is a privately owned mortgage lender headquartered in Virginia Beach, Va. Atlantic Bay has been recognized as a Top 100 Mortgage Company in America, Best Mortgage Company, Most Enjoyable Place to Work, and an Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Company.

Jeff’s path to coaching at Atlantic Bay began about 18 years ago when he was a mortgage originator, and began being tapped by management for increasing levels of responsibility. It was just a few years ago that he was asked to head up a mentorship of internal mortgage professionals at Atlantic Bay, where he built his coaching stable from 6 people to 21 people in about four months.

Jeff truly enjoys his work and lives and breathes coaching every day. Join us as we discuss how coaching can benefit just about anyone in search of career improvement, time management, or fine-tuning their work/life balance.
